Everybody associated with Bay FC are very saddened to learn that club treasurer and long time committee member Frank Gaughran has passed away today after a brief illness. Frank was involved in many different aspects of the club over the last 40 years and the club would not be what it is today without him. He will be sorely missed by everybody at the club. We would like to extend our sympathies to Frank’s family. Will will update everybody with funeral arrangement when we have them. May he rest in peace.
Reposing at his home from 2pm until 8pm on Friday. Removal on Saturday morning at 10.45am to St. Oliver Plunkett Church, Blackrock, arriving for Mass at 11am. Burial afterwards in St. Fursey’s Cemetery, Haggardstown.
