Building a brighter future for the global game in the heart of the Bay 💙🩶

On Thursday, we celebrated the installation of the final structural beam of our new Performance Center on Treasure Island.

This is a major milestone of the project and another step forward towards opening the facility ahead of the 2027 season.

In August, we will begin pitch installation, laying three training fields that will support daily training and player development.

The Performance Center on Treasure Island is ushering in a new era for player development and high-performance in women’s sports.

We’re thankful for the support and partnership from the City of San Francisco and Treasure Island in building this state-of-the-art facility which will be the first women-specific training facility for a professional sports team in the Bay Area.

With sweeping 360-degree views of San Francisco, the Golden Gate Bridge, and the East Bay, the facility will redefine what it means to support athletes both on and off the pitch.
