Bay FC’s flagship community impact arm aims to provide access to sport and create leaders in the community.

Bay FC expands access by making the game open to all, especially young girls from marginalized communities, and fosters leadership by empowering the next generation of girls and women to lead with purpose on and off the pitch.

B Empowered, presented by PNC Bank

In partnership with PNC Bank, Bay FC’s “B Empowered” initiative supports women financial decision makers through grant funding, thought leadership, financial literacy education and more. 


B You, presented by Sutter Health

In partnership with Sutter Health, Bay FC’s “B You” community health and wellness initiative aims to tackle prevalent barriers in sports that affect young women’s participation and wellbeing.


Bay FC Summer Reading Program, presented by Ross

Over the summer of 2025, Bay FC and Ross connected with the San Jose, Santa Clara, Oakland and San Francisco public library systems to promote their respective summer reading programs. 

In partnership with Visa, Bay FC is expanding access to the game—launching a citywide girls league in San Francisco to inspire, uplift, and unlock opportunity for the next generation of players.

Donation Requests

Bay FC is committed to supporting Bay Area organizations through player and community appearances. Requests must be made 30 days prior to event date, and are limited to one request per organization within a calendar year.
