The 2025 season highlighted Silkowitz’s ability to convert high-pressure moments into spectacular saves.
- Penalty Save against San Diego Wave: On May 4, Silkowitz came up with a massive save to keep the scoreline level, denying San Diego Wave’s forward María Sanchez for the first penalty save of her NWSL career. She is the 12th goalkeeper in NWSL history to save her first penalty faced.

- Against her Former Club, Kansas City Current: The matchup against her former club, Kansas City Current, tested her resilience. Although an injury prevented her from participating in Bay FC’s first match against the KC Current, Silkowitz delivered a career-high seven saves in the rematch on September 6.
Silkowitz’s record-setting debut season prompted Bay FC to extend her contract through 2027 (with a 2028 option). The club is excited to continue watching this ascending NWSL talent elevate the level of goalkeeping for Bay FC.
