Join us at PayPal Park, the stadium purpose-built for football with some of the steepest raked seating in the league for a great view no matter where you sit. The stadium is just west of the San Jose airport and has a capacity of approximately 18,000. The stadium features a canopy roof and the largest outdoor bar in North America, a 2-acre fan zone and a double-sided video scoreboard, making it one of the greatest fan viewing experiences for any soccer game. The suites and club seats are located at field level, offering outstanding match viewing options.

Parking
ADA parking is located within the Audi Lot off Newhall Drive. Those wishing to park within accessible locations must present a valid ADA placard and registration upon arrival.
Seating
Accessible seating options are available throughout all areas and price levels of PayPal Park. To secure tickets in accessible sections, please call 833.GO.BAYFC.
PayPal Park has a no-pet policy. Only certified service animals are allowed in the stadium. Service animals in training are only permitted to enter the stadium upon authorization by PayPal Park operators. Please text 408.909.4625 at least one day before the match to receive authorization for your service animals in training.
The Audi Gate is located inside the Audi Lot, on the closed end of the stadium. This gate may be used by premium ticket holders. This gate is also for ADA use.
All bags and backpacks are prohibited from being brought into the stadium with the following exceptions:
- Approved clear bags no larger than 12” x 12” x 6”, including clear backpacks, fanny packs, bags and purses
- One-gallon clear plastic zip lock-type bags
- Small clutch bags or non-clear fanny packs no larger than 4.5” x 6.5″
- Diaper bags accompanied by a child
NOTE: Bags that are not in compliance must be returned to the patron’s vehicle or can be stored for free at the bag check trailer located outside the Main Gate on Earthquakes Way. All bags are subject to search upon entry.

The box office is near the Main Gate at PayPal Park and adjacent to Earthquakes Way. The box office is only open on event days, approximately two hours before kick-off. For more information on Bay FC tickets, please call 833.GO.BAYFC.
Personal photography is permitted at PayPal Park. Professional and commercial-grade cameras are not allowed. Any audio and/or video recording violates NWSL policies and is not permitted. Guests cannot stand in the aisles or walkways or obstruct others from viewing the game while taking photographs. Photographic support tools (such as tripods, professional lenses longer than 8 in., etc.) are not permitted into the stadium.

Children three years and older require a ticket to gain admission to PayPal Park. Children under three years of age do not require a ticket to gain admission, however, they must sit on the lap of an accompanying adult.
Coal disposal bins are available for all fans tailgating in the Tailgate Lot.
Elevators behind sections 107 and 122 provide access to the top level of the stadium. Wheelchair lifts at sections 114 and 132 provide access to accessible seating at the front of those sections.

To ensure that the Bay FC experience meets these expectations, we ask our fans to commit to following these rules at all times. Breaches of the Values and Code of Conduct may result in disciplinary actions for an individual or a group with a larger pattern of violations.
Bay FC’s Values and Code of Conduct apply equally to online interactions and in-person events.
Bay FC Fan Values: Respect, Collaboration, Enthusiasm
- Provide an inclusive, welcoming, collaborative, and safe place for all to support women’s soccer and Bay FC, regardless of race, sexual orientation, gender, religion, nationality, or team affiliation.
- Have an open mind and treat everyone with respect and kindness.
- Welcome and encourage ideas that are not your own. The best ideas often come from collaboration, not isolation.
- If you see something, say something. This community thrives when everyone does their part. If you see someone acting in a manner that is not in line with our values, say something to leadership, Bay FC staff, or venue security.
- Show others how amazing the Bay FC community is by leading by example and representing the club in a positive way.
- Enthusiastically support Bay FC and uplift the women’s game. Bay FC matches, events, and online spaces are places for all soccer fans to come together and leave outside rivalries behind.
- Actively enforce these values at all times.
The following conduct is prohibited in all stadiums, parking lots, facilities, and areas controlled by Bay FC or the NWSL:
- Using (including on any sign or other visual representation) political, threatening, abusive, insulting, offensive, hateful, discriminatory language, symbols, or gestures, including anything deemed to be racist, sexist, homophobic, xenophobic, transphobic, discriminatory based on a person’s religion, or otherwise inappropriate
- Any disrespectful, negative, or provoking comments or actions towards the opposing teams, other fans, referees, players, or staff
- Note: Threatening and/or abusive behavior directed towards other fans, players, officials, or staff members will be subject to sanctions even if done outside of an NWSL event (including on social media).
- Fighting and/or inciting others to fight or inciting unruly or disruptive behavior
- Causing damage to property
- Inappropriate consumption of alcoholic beverages, including purchasing for, possession of, or consumption by a minor
- Entering or attempting to enter the field, field track, mid-field tunnel, or any other restricted area
- Possession or use of an unauthorized pyrotechnic device, smoke, or firework
- Throwing any objects onto the field
- Failing to follow directions from venue staff regarding compliance with the Fan Code of Conduct, stadium policies, and emergency procedures
- Declining to promptly return a ball that enters the stands
- Fans sitting or standing in seats or sections that are not listed on their tickets
Note: In addition to the Bay FC Fan Code of Conduct, fans must obey federal and local laws at all times. Fans must also comply with the venue rules and venue staff while in the stadium.
Breaches of the Bay FC Fan Code of Conduct may result in the following actions, depending on the severity of the violation:
- Blocked on social media by official Bay FC accounts
- Ejected from the game or event
- Temporarily suspended from attending future games or events
- Season tickets revoked
- Permanently suspended from all Bay FC games and events
Bay FC will seek out all the information about the incident to determine the best course of action for the situation. Actions include, but are not limited to, the consequences listed in the above section, a mandatory mediation session between parties involved, or other appropriate actions dependent on the situation.
For very serious offenses, Bay FC may be required to contact the league or local authorities.
Located in the grassy plaza behind the Scoreboard Bar, FanFest begins 90 minutes before kickoff and includes activities for fans of all ages. Check the Matchday page for specific FanFest activities as Matchday approaches.
Family restrooms are located behind Sections 103, 111, 115 and 126. There is also a Mamava Pod behind Section 126 for nursing. Text 408.909.4625 for the access code.
Only authorized personnel with proper credentials will be permitted onto the field before, during or after Bay FC matches. Any unauthorized person entering the field will be removed and subject to arrest and loss of Bay FC ticket privilege.
A First Aid Station, located in FanFest near section 134, is available during all games to provide care to guests for minor medical needs.

Stadium gates will open 90 minutes before kickoff for weeknight matches (Mon-Fri) and two hours before kickoff for weekend matches (Sat & Sun).
Fans with questions or experiencing an issue during a match are advised to text Guest Services at 408.909.4625. They may also visit Guest Services, located on the concourse behind Section 101.

- Fans may bring one 1-Liter/32 oz. or smaller factory-sealed plastic still and unflavored water bottle per person OR one plastic, clear and empty reusable water bottle per person. Glass and metal bottles are prohibited.
- Only SMALL individual snacks in clear plastic bags are allowed in the stadium, in addition to medically necessary food items.

- NO large outside food items (hoagies, fast food, bags of chips, etc.).
- NO coolers allowed.

*Except in designated supporter sections and approved by Stadium Operations. No items may be displayed in a manner that may obstruct the view of other guests or create a safety hazard for others as determined by Stadium Operations staff.
There are no re-entry privileges at PayPal Park. However, in the event of an emergency, guests should contact a gate supervisor, who will permit a guest to re-enter the stadium at the same gate. Guests who leave the stadium at any time without authorization of a gate supervisor will not be permitted to re-enter.
Smoking is strictly prohibited at PayPal Park. Offenders will be ejected from the stadium grounds. Cigarettes, pipes, cigars, e-cigarettes and vapor devices are strictly prohibited.
Strollers are not permitted inside PayPal Park. They can be stored for free at the bag check trailer located outside the Main Gate on Earthquakes Way.
Supporter groups are organized fan groups dedicated to standing/cheering throughout the entire match. Bay FC Supporters Groups stand in Sections 117 and 118. Tailgating is defined as the use of any item (including tables, chairs, free-standing canopies or umbrellas, awnings attached to recreational vehicles, coolers, barbeques, grills, games, generators, television, sound system, food or drink, food or drink preparation or serving equipment or other items as identified by the operator) for the purpose of an outdoor gathering by one or more people before, during or after a scheduled event.
- Tailgating is permitted in the Tailgate Lot only.
- Tailgating cannot impede vehicle or foot traffic.
- Tailgating is limited to the area directly in front of or behind your vehicle only.
- Empty spaces may not be reserved or used for tailgating.
Guest Services staff is available to provide complimentary use of a wheelchair for guests who need assistance getting to their seats. Ask a staff member at any gate or text 408.909.4625 and a staff member will meet you with a wheelchair.
Free Wi-Fi is available for all fans at PayPal Park. Connect to the network “GoQuakes” to use the Wi-Fi.
