Directions & Sustainable Routes

Here’s everything you need to know about getting to the park, including driving directions, parking options, public-transit routes and accommodations for cyclists. Travel by rail and join the party train with our Bay FC street team.Whether you are coming from North Bay, East Bay or South Bay, we have you covered.

Sustainable Routes

Take Caltrain to the Santa Clara station. It is only a 40 min train ride from San Francisco, with Wi-Fi and an opportunity to interact with other Bay FC fans. At Santa Clara station, head East under the pedestrian tunnel onto Brokaw Ave. and turn right on Coleman Ave. to PayPal Park. It’s an easy 10-15 minute walk from the station to PayPal Park.

Take BART to the Millbrae Transit Station and transfer to Caltrain heading southbound towards San Jose.

Bikes will be permitted to park in the designated Bike Parking area near the main gate and near the corner of Earthquakes Way and Champions on game days (#8 on the parking map below).

For rideshare drop off and pickups, please go to the south end of Aviation Avenue (#7 on the parking map below).

Driving Directions

From Oakland

  • Take I-880 Southbound.
  • Take Exit 3, Coleman Ave./Mineta San Jose Airport Exit.
  • Turn right onto Coleman Ave. and follow signs for PayPal Park.

From Walnut Creek

  • Take I-680 Southbound.
  • Exit at Mission Blvd. West.
  • Merge onto I-880 Southbound.
  • Take Exit 3, Coleman Ave./Mineta San Jose Airport Exit.
  • Turn right onto Coleman Ave. and follow signs for PayPal Park.

From San Francisco / Penisula

  • Take Highway 101 Southbound.
  • Take the De La Cruz Blvd. exit.
  • Merge onto W Trimble Rd. to continue onto De La Cruz Blvd.
  • Take a slight left onto Coleman Ave. and follow signs for PayPal Park.

From Los Altos

  • Take I-280 Southbound.
  • Merge onto I-880 Northbound.
  • Take Exit 3, Coleman Ave./Mineta San Jose Airport Exit.
  • Turn right onto Coleman Ave. and follow signs for PayPal Park.

From San Jose

  • For the timeliest route, merge onto Highway 101 Northbound.
  • Take the Trimble Rd/De La Cruz Blvd exit 391.
  • Merge left onto W Trimble Rd. to continue onto De La Cruz Blvd.
  • Take a slight left onto Coleman Ave. and follow signs for PayPal Park.

From Morgan Hill

  • Take Highway 101 Northbound.
  • Take Trimble Rd./De La Cruz Blvd. exit 391 for the timeliest route.
  • Merge left onto W Trimble Rd. to continue onto De La Cruz Blvd.
  • Take a slight left onto Coleman Ave. and follow signs for PayPal Park.

From Santa Cruz

  • Take Highway 17 Northbound (CA-17 North becomes I-880 North).
  • Take Exit 3, Coleman Ave./Mineta San Jose Airport Exit.
  • Turn right onto Coleman Ave. and follow signs for PayPal Park.

Parking

Credit card, debit card, mobile payment, and prepaid passes only. Cash is no longer accepted.

  • Audi Lot: $75 (Prepaid passes only)

  • If coming via Highway 101, the advised route to avoid congestion is taking the De La Cruz Blvd. exit. This will allow you to turn right, directly into any parking lots, instead of a more time-consuming left turn coming from I-880 and taking Coleman Ave.
  • PayPal Park parking lots open 3 hours before kickoff and close 1 hour post-match.
  • The maximum vehicle height for each Parking Garage is 7 feet.
  • Back-in parking is suggested for a faster exit when parking in the structures.

Tailgating is defined as the use of any item (including tables, chairs, free-standing canopies or umbrellas, awnings attached to recreational vehicles, coolers, barbecues, grills, games, generators, television, sound system, food or drink, food or drink preparation or serving equipment or other items as identified by an operator) for an outdoor gathering by one or more people before, during or after a scheduled event.

  • Tailgating will be permitted in the Tailgate Lot.
  • Tailgating cannot impede vehicle or foot traffic.
  • Tailgating is limited to the area directly in front of or behind your vehicle.
  • Empty spaces may not be reserved or used for tailgating.
