Donation Requests
Thank you for your interest in Bay FC’s charitable efforts. Our community Impact efforts live through our Bay It Forward Program, which aims to provide access to sport and create leaders in our local communities with an emphasis on underserved, marginalized, and underrepresented youth. Bay FC is proud to support charitable organizations throughout the greater Bay Area in the following nine counties: Alameda, Contra Costa, Marin, Napa, San Francisco, San Mateo, Santa Clara, Solano, and Sonoma counties.

Donation Guidelines
As Bay FC continues to grow and deepen our commitment to community impact, we receive a significant number of donation requests each year. To ensure we can thoughtfully and equitably support organizations across the Bay Area, we have established the following guidelines beginning in 2026.
Due to the high volume of inquiries, priority is given to organizations that already have an existing relationship with Bay FC, whether through partnerships or previous support.
Our Focus
Bay FC prioritizes in-kind community support that aligns with our mission and allows us to reach as many organizations as possible. As part of this approach, Bay FC is unable to support the following types of requests:
- Monetary donations, operating expenses, grants, scholarships, or sponsorships
- Private schools, parent/teacher associations, or school booster organizations
- Religious or political organizations
- Organizations without recognized 501(c)(3) nonprofit status
- Individual, team, club fundraisers or third-party fundraisers on behalf of individuals or organizations
- Donations intended for door prizes, giveaways, or volunteer recognition gifts
Eligibility Requirements
To be considered for an in-kind donation, requests must meet the following criteria:
- Submitted at least four (4) weeks prior to the event date
- Supporting an organization and event located within one of the nine Bay Area counties
- Submitted by an organization with verified 501(c)(3) status
Additional Information
- To accommodate as many organizations as possible, requests are limited to one donation per organization per calendar year
- Requests for specific items cannot be guaranteed
- Bay FC is unable to accept fan merchandise for autographing and is not responsible for items sent to our offices, training facility, or PayPal Park
- Donations are not mailed and must be picked up as arranged
- Submission of a request does not guarantee an in-kind donation
If you feel your request falls within our parameters and you would like to be considered to an in-kind donation, please submit a donation request form HERE. Due to the volume of requests, organizations will only receive a follow-up response if additional information is needed or if your request is granted.
In addition, requests for the following are handled accordingly:
- Field trips OR Tours: We do not offer field trips or tours of our Bay FC Offices, Training Facility, or PayPal Park.
- Speaking Engagements OR Interview Requests: If you have a specific request for an individual employee or player you have already identified for a speaking engagement or interview, please send it to moc.cfyab@sserp.
- Career Panels/Fairs OR School Projects Requests: Due to increasingly busy schedules, we cannot find/identify employees or players to participate in career panels/fairs or school project requests. Additionally, we do not have capacity to host groups for career panels at Bay FC Offices, Training Facility, or PayPal Park.
- High School OR College Internships: Please visit the Careers Page on the Bay FC website for summer 2026 opportunities for college aged internships. We do not have internship offerings for high school students at this time.
- Clinics OR Youth Summer Camps: At this time, we do not offer public clinics or youth summer camps. However, if you’d like to learn more about how to set-up your own clinic and become a Youth Soccer Affiliate, please contact moc.cfyab@reccoshtuoy.
- Matchday Fan Experiences: Matchday experiences such as player escorts, ball kids, and on-field flag presentation opportunities are offered and reserved for fans through our Group Sales and Ticketing Team. Please visit the Group Sales and Ticketing Team website HERE for more information.
- Facility OR Event Space Inquiries: We are unable to rent out facility or event space.
- Volunteer Opportunities: If you have any volunteer opportunities that align with our charitable mission, we will gladly share those with our employees via our internal messaging board. We cannot guarantee participation, however we are happy to post. Please email moc.cfyab@ytinummoc with information regarding your opportunity.
