Thank you for downloading the Bay FC app! You do not need to enable push notifications. When you see this option appear on the home screen when you first open the app, please click “enable” to continue. You will then see a pop-up asking if you would like to allow notifications from Bay FC. Click “Don’t Allow” if you would not like to receive push notifications in the app. You will then be able to continue to the next app screen without turning on push notifications. This option can always be changed later in your app settings.

Bay FC uses Tixr as the primary ticketing platform. Fans can use Tixr to purchase season tickets, manage their memberships and access digital tickets for matchday entry at PayPal Park. Learn more on how to manage your tickets at https://bayfc.com/tickets/manage-tickets/.
Season Tickets
A full Season Ticket Membership includes 15 NWSL regular-season home matches and one friendly. Memberships purchased after the first match will be prorated for the remaining home matches.
You may choose to pay in full or enroll in a monthly payment plan. Monthly automatic payments, using a valid credit card, will be processed on the 15th of each month. Please keep your payment plan in good standing to maintain access to your membership benefits and ticket-management features.
Yes. All Season Ticket Members are automatically enrolled in hassle-free renewal to help ensure they can retain their seats from season to season. Additional renewal details, including applicable deadlines and opt-out information, will be communicated before the renewal period.
Season Ticket Members can easily manage their tickets through their Tixr account. Members may transfer tickets to friends or family, or list eligible tickets for resale. Visit Ticket Transfer and Resale Instrucions for step-by-step guidance.
New for 2027, Season Ticket Members may also exchange tickets for another Bay FC regular-season home match through our Ticket Exchange Program. Exchange limits, blackout dates, and additional terms will apply.

Log in to your Tixr acount to view and manage your Season Ticket Membership. Members will be able to begin managing tickets for the upcoming season early in the new year.
Season parking will be available for purchase to all Season Ticket Members at the Season Ticket Member rate. Parking options may vary based on your seating location and are intended to support a smooth arrival experience.
Season parking may be added to a monthly payment plan or paid in full.
Annual Suites include four parking passes. Parking is not included with Field Club, Premium Seats, or Social Suite Seats. Parking purchases are limited to one pass per two seats.

We adhere to NWSL regulations for weather-related issues. The ticketing policy for all standard tickets will apply.
Groups of 10+ get a group rate. Kids under 3 don’t need tickets if in a ticketed guest’s lap. If a child under 3 is in the 10 tickets, an extra ticket is needed.
Seats start as low as $20 per seat with increasing discounts and access to fan experiences as your group grows.
All group ticket sales are final and non-refundable.
No outside decorations or food are permitted at PayPal Park.
Mobile Tickets
Bay FC tickets are mobile-only. Access your tickets on your mobile device to gain seamless entry into every Bay FC home match. Same email used for purchase is needed to access tickets. Click here to view instructions.

Bay FC tickets are mobile only. Visit the box office on match days for assistance.
Easily forward tickets to friends or family through your Tixr account. Note that recipients will need to either have or create a Tixr account to complete the transfer process. Once accepted, the tickets will be available to access by the account that the tickets were forwarded to. Click here to view instructions.
Transfers can only be cancelled before they’re accepted by the recipient.
Mobile tickets only; no printing or screenshots are permitted. Tickets will need to be forwarded through Tixr if they are to be used by someone other than the original purchaser.
Parking Information
When available, single match parking parking passes are available to purchase via the match’s listing on the schedule page.
Full Season Parking will be available for all Season Ticket Members, at the Season Ticket Member rate. Based on your seating location, we have various lots to best accommodate your entrance into the stadium. Please reach out to your Client Services Executive or click here to purchase via Tixr (access code required).

You can purchase parking on matchday from a parking attendant. Parking on matchday is subject to availability. Credit card, debit card, mobile payment, and prepaid passes only. Cash is no longer accepted.
