On September 16, Bay FC players partnered with Sutter Health, a leading Northern California–based not-for-profit integrated health system and Bay FC’s front-of-kit sponsor and Official Medical Provider, for a special hospital visit at Sutter Health’s California Pacific Medical Center (CPMC) Van Ness Campus in San Francisco.
During the visit, Bay FC players met with pediatric patients and their families, spending time listening to their stories and offering support. Players with medical career interests also connected with hospital staff and shadowed health professionals—including nurses, doctors, therapists and other caregivers—to learn more about the roles they play in supporting patient care and community health. The experience highlighted the shared commitment between Bay FC and Sutter Health to uplift communities through both sports and healthcare, creating meaningful connections beyond the pitch.
