Bay FC Taps Emma Coates to Lead Club into New Era
Emma Coates joins Bay FC after guiding England’s Women’s Under-23s since 2023, earning recognition for developing emerging talent, strengthening team culture, and championing a modern, possession-driven style of play. Her experience also extends to England’s senior national team, where she contributed to the Lionesses’ back-to-back UEFA Women’s EURO titles in 2022 and 2025 and their run to the 2023 World Cup Final.
With Coates at the helm, a new era is taking shape at Bay FC.
