After a brief international break, Bay FC is back in action at PayPal Park to take on Seattle Reign FC on Sunday, April 14 at 5:00 p.m. (Watch: NBC Sports Bay Area; NWSL+).
Last home match, a sold-out crowd at PayPal Park witnessed Deyna Castellanos and Racheal Kundananji register their first goals for Bay FC in a back-and-forth match against Houston Dash that ended in a 2-3 defeat for the home side. Bay FC will be looking to shore up their home record against a Seattle squad coming off a narrow 1-0 defeat to San Diego Wave FC.
During the break, five Bay FC players were called up to their national teams: Savy King for the United States with the U-20 squad, Scarlett Camberos for Mexico, Racheal Kundananji for Zambia, Lysianne Proulx for Canada, and Asisat Oshoala for Nigeria. Both Zambia and Nigeria secured tickets to the 2024 Paris Olympics with their results in the CAF Women’s Olympic Qualifying Tournament.
