Last night, June 17, Bay FC players received a warm welcome at the Golden State Valkyries game at Chase Center. Prior to tip-off, Bay FC players Hannah Bebar (midfielder), Jordan Silkowitz (goalkeeper), Tess Boade (midfielder), Kennedy Fuller (midfielder), Dorian Bailey (midfielder), Alex Pfeiffer (forward), and Heather Gilchrist (defender) wished the Valkyries good luck against the Dallas Wings.
At the end of the second quarter, Valkyries fans responded with applause at seeing Bay FC players on the live cam at Ballhalla, a moment that captured the shared energy and connection across the Bay. With that support behind them, the Valkyries closed out Commissioner’s Cup play with a 91–80 result, earning their fourth straight and a 5–2 record in the Western Conference.
