Join us for a special Juneteenth celebration when Bay FC takes on Orlando Pride on Friday, June 13 at 7:00 p.m. PT at PayPal Park. Fans in attendance can commemorate the occasion with a limited-edition Bay FC Juneteenth Tee and pin, available exclusively at the PayPal Park stadium. Can’t make it to the match? In their previous meeting at INTER&Co Stadium, Bay FC fell 1-0, which marked the first time Bay FC was held scoreless in the 2024 season after finding the back of the net in each of their first eight matches. Orlando followed up with another 1-0 win at PayPal Park after Orlando’s Barbra Banda netted the lone goal.
Bay FC will arrive at PayPal Park with fighting energy. In their lineup is Abby Dahlkemper who boasts veteran experience after winning three NWSL Championships and playing in the league since 2015. Dahlkemper was also named Best XI three months in a row in the 2024 season. She plays a fundamental role in Bay FC’s backline, playing every minute of every match to date in the 2025 season.
Orlando is making significant strides this 2025 NWSL season with marquee players including Barbra Banda and Marta. Barbra Banda, a strong striker for Orlando Pride, has racked up four goals and one assist this season. She’s made her reputation known in the NWSL as a 2024 NWSL Championship MVP, 2024 Best XI First Team player, and second place position in the 2024 Golden Boot race. Marta has also contributed impressively this 2025 season with three goals and one assist. She was the Midfielder of the Year Finalist for the 2024 season and is the all-time goals and appearance leader in Orlando Pride history.

Jackie Brown is a Filipino/Jamaican American illustrator and graphic designer based in San Francisco, California. Bay FC wanted to incorporate Jackie’s perspective as a local Black artist into an item of the match celebrating and honoring Juneteenth. Her designs consist of various symbols celebrating Black joy, love, and resilience within the Black community.
