Bay FC and the Washington Spirit delivered an action-packed match at The Show at Oracle Park, played in front of a sold-out crowd of 40,091.

The Spirit opened the scoring in the first half when Kate Wiesner struck a left-footed effort from long range into the bottom left corner. Croix Bethune doubled the lead in the 39th minute, and Washington added another before the break to extend their advantage.

Bay FC answered just before halftime, as Racheal Kundananji converted to cut into the deficit. The response carried into the second half when Kelli Hubly rose above the defense and powered home a header to keep the match within reach.

The match finished 3–2 in favor of the Washington Spirit.
