Since announcing that Jenna Nighswonger was acquired by Bay FC from Arsenal WFC on Monday, August 10, the homecoming party for the club’s newest defender hasn’t stopped.
Moments after touching down in the bay, Nighswonger had a surprise visit with Bay FC Co‑Founders Leslie Osborne and Brandi Chastain at the airport. Enveloped in a Hello Kitty® x Bay FC blanket, the defender received a warm welcome for what will be the start of a great time on the team.

While visiting PayPal Park, Nighswonger introduced herself to fans by sharing a few fun facts: she rescued a cat named Pepper, she’s a big reader who wants your recommendations, and she loves coffee. Sounds like a relaxing post-match combo – a book and a warm beverage with a furry friend.
