Together, Bay FC and PNC Bank aim to support women financial decision makers.
Bay FC and PNC Bank, one of the largest banks in the country, are proud to announce their “B Empowered” initiative. “B Empowered” includes grant funding, thought leadership, financial literacy education, and more.
As part of “B Empowered,” PNC and Bay FC are collaborating on key Bay Area events and initiatives. These include:
- Women’s Empowerment thought leadership as part of PNC’s Women in Business Week.
- PNC Bank Entitlement Night at PayPal Park in San Jose
- Financial Empowerment Programs for Bay FC players, coaches, and front office staff
- Goals for Grants Program powered by PNC Bank

Goals for Grants
Bay FC and Founding Partner PNC Bank announced Bay FC’s donation of $25,000 in grant funding to Santa Clara University’s Bronco Ventures Accelerator (BVA) benefitting five women entrepreneurs participating the program. The donation stems from Bay FC’s “Goals for Grants” Powered by PNC in which the team committed to donating $1,000 – up to $25,000 – for every Bay FC goal scored this season. “Goals for Grants” is part of the “B Empowered” platform sponsored by PNC Bank and designed to help Bay Area entrepreneurs achieve their personal and professional financial goals.
