SAN FRANCISCO (Sept. 24, 2026) – This Sunday, Sept. 27, Bay FC’s match vs. the Orlando Pride at PayPal Park becomes a meeting place for the vibrant tapestry of Latin American and Hispanic cultures that shape the Bay Area. The club’s Latino Heritage Match, part of its celebration of Hispanic Heritage Month through Oct. 15, will celebrate the unique traditions and shared passion for music and the arts that enrich the Bay Area with special activities featuring local community organizations, performers, matchday content and merchandise.
Kickoff is set for 2 p.m. PT, and tickets remain available at BayFC.com/tickets. Latino Heritage Celebrations will kick off when gates open to the public at 12 p.m., including:
- Halftime Performance: Grupo Folklorico Los Laureles will perform at halftime. Los Laureles Academy is a leading dance school based in San Jose, tasked with bringing the artistic creations of Mexico to life. Since 2007, Los Laureles has offered classes to all ages representing Mexico in the United States.
- Supporters Section Giveaway: Fans who purchase tickets in the supporters section will receive a custom Lucha Libre mask giveaway while supplies last, celebrating the popular form of professional wrestling in Mexico.
- FanFest Performances: A special-themed fanfest, Plaza del Bay FC, will feature performances from vocalist Ysenia Martinez and Bay-Area based Latin Jazz ensemble Mamboleo. Martinez will also perform the national anthem prior to kickoff.
- Item of the Match Merchandise Donation: 100% of proceeds from the club’s Latino Heritage Tee, designed by local artist Vanessa “Agana” Espinoza, will benefit the SF Latino Task Force. Formed in response to the COVID-19 pandemic, the organization has grown into a permanent coalition dedicated to advancing equity, health, and economic opportunity for Latino, Black, Pacific Islander, and other historically underserved communities in San Francisco.
Other matchday activations, activities and partner experiences throughout the stadium will also be available, including:
- Show off your skills at soccer darts and earn giveaways like new poppy themed socks and other items, presented by Sutter Health.
- Take a shot at the all-new Meriwest inflatable goal in FanFest to win cobranded stress balls and other giveaways, presented by Meriwest Credit Union.
- Accuracy meets strategy at Tic Tap Toe—line up your kick, make your move, and tap it in, presented by Visa.
- Spin to Win prizes including a co-branded sleep mask and other giveaway items from San José Mineta International Airport
