Whether you’re a seasoned soccer fan or attending your first match, here’s everything you need to know before attending a Bay FC match at PayPal Park.

5:30 p.m: Gates & Box Office open
6:00 p.m: PS4 Lot opens

Parking Lots Open: 3 hours before kickoff
Box Office: 2.5 hours before kickoff
Stadium Gates Open: 90 minutes before kickoff on weeknight matches (Mon-Fri); 2 hours before kickoff on weekend matches (Sat-Sun)

WiFi: Free WiFi is available to all fans. Connect to GoQuakes Wi-Fi by going to your Wi-Fi settings and accepting the terms and conditions.
Cash-Free Facility: PayPal park is a cash-free facility. Stadium concessions will not accept cash.
Mobile Ticketing: We strongly encourage that you log into your Ticketmaster account ASAP so in the event you run into an issue, our team is available to help you. For easy entry on Saturday, you can also save your tickets to your mobile wallet.
Weather: The match will be played rain or shine.
We strongly encourage fans to access or Transfer their tickets prior to arrival. Screenshots are not accepted.
PayPal Park is a mobile-entry facility. Be prepared for easy entry on matchday by downloading the Bay FC app in advance and having your ticket ready. Download the official Bay FC app for seamless entry into every match.
Permitted:
- Tote bags, drawstring bags and purses must be under 14″ x 14″ x 6″ to enter the stadium.
- Only clear backpacks under 14″ x 14″ x 6″ are allowed into the stadium.
Prohibited: All backpacks, including mini purse backpacks of any kind, are prohibited unless clear.
NOTE: All bags are subject to search upon entrance.
Parking is available in the Audi Lot, Tailgate Lot, Parking Structure 1, Parking Structure 2 & Parking Structure 4. Prepurchase a parking spot by clicking here. Credit cards, debit cards, mobile payment, and prepaid passes only. Cash is no longer accepted.
Rideshare: Lyft is the Official Rideshare partner of Bay FC. For Lyft drop off and pickups, please go to the south end of Aviation Avenue (click to here to view).
CalTrain: Take Caltrain to the Santa Clara Station for a short train ride from San Francisco and the Peninsula. At Santa Clara Station, head East under the pedestrian tunnel onto Brokaw Ave. and turn right on Coleman Ave. to PayPal Park. It’s a 15-minute walk to the stadium, or you can bring your bike to ride from the station and use PayPal’s free bike parking. You can also take a VTA bus from the Santa Clara Station to the Coleman & Earthquake stop on Line 60. Click here to check the VTA schedule. Please check the Northbound and Southbound Caltrain schedules for service to and from the stadium.
BART: Take the Orange or Green lines to the Berryessa/North San Jose BART Station. A complimentary shuttle will be available between the Berryessa station and PayPal Park before and after each match. The shuttle to the stadium will start two hours before the match and run until kickoff. The shuttle from PayPal Park to the Berryessa station will start at final whistle and run for one hour. Please check the BART schedule to plan your trip in advance. On match day, check real time departures that account for any unplanned delays in the schedule.

Merchandise will be available for sale on matchday at the Bay FC Team Store. Team Store locations can be found outside of the stadium gates near bag check, and inside the stadium gates near sections 113, 122, and 129. The Bay FC Team Store is cashless.
Stop by FanFest inside PayPal Park to enjoy all kinds of fun before kickoff. Check out Sutter Health’s juggling competition and swing by MeriWest Credit Union’s tent for a free giveaway. Plus, enjoy tunes courtesy of DJ Bitesize. On April 14, check out the Spirit station to make signs celebrating inspirational women in honor of Women’s Empowerment Night. You can find FanFest in the grassy area behind the Scoreboard Bar at PayPal Park.
Navigate Bay FC matchdays at PayPal Park like a pro with these tips to make your stadium experience smoother:
Looking for quicker access? The East Side of the stadium tends to be less crowded. After you enter the Main Gate or Audi Gate on the West Side, cross over to the other side for shorter lines at concession, merchandise, and restrooms.
Shopping for new merch? The Bay FC merch trailer outside the stadium (on the sidewalk between the Main Gate and the Audi Gate) is the best place to stock up on new items. Arrive early to grab your gear before entering the stadium. And remember, you have three options for merch inside PayPal Park: Section 113, 122, and 129.
Need the latest updates? Make sure to download the Bay FC app and enable location-based alerts so we can send important matchday information while you’re at the stadium. Navigate to Settings in your app on the more menu, and toggle on Location-Based Alerts under Proximity Notifications, as well as Event and Match Details under Notifications.
